Truth with Ruth is a space for honest conversation and shared experience. Ruth and Evan discuss health and fitness topics based on their own personal research, education, and lived experiences, not as universal facts or guarantees. What works for one person may not work for another, and nothing shared on the podcast should be taken as individualized medical advice. Our goal is simply to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and self-trust. By sharing what has worked for us, we invite you to do your own research to discover what works best for you.
